Tokenization Platform

WorkFlow Capital is building a digital platform that will allow startups to raise capital through tokenized shares, using the discounted cash flow valuation method. Here’s how it works:

1. DCF-Based      Valuation – Clients input their financial projections into      our proprietary financial model (currently in Excel, transitioning to      web-based) to generate an estimated enterprise value.
2. Token      Generation – This value is then broken down into digital      tokens that represent the economic value of shares, without transferring      actual legal ownership.
3. Blockchain      + Smart Contracts – Tokens are secured using blockchain technology      and smart contracts to ensure transparency, traceability, and investor      protection.
4. Global      Access – These tokens can be purchased by verified      investors globally, allowing capital to flow cross-border without the need      for full incorporation or traditional regulatory hurdles.
5. Continuous      Reporting – Companies are required to provide regular      financial reports via the platform, increasing investor confidence and      reducing risk.

WorkFlow Capital is building a private, legally compliant tokenization platform based in the United States, enabling startups and SMEs to raise capital globally through blockchain technology and smart contracts. Each token on our platform represents the calculated value of a single share of the company, determined through discounted cash flow analysis via our proprietary financial model.

As companies report monthly financial performance- including sales, expenses, and profitability- the value of their tokens will dynamically adjust. Increased revenues and profit margins will result in a higher token valuation, while negative performance will cause it to decrease. This introduces real-time price discovery based on actual financial data, incentivizing operational excellence and transparency.

Our tokens will initially be offered within a private environment exclusive to WorkFlow Capital’s platform, in accordance with U.S. regulatory guidelines. Public listing on regulated exchanges will be a separate process, conducted only after proper compliance checks. We are currently evaluating secure and stable blockchain infrastructures, such as Ethereum, Polygon, or Algorand, known for strong smart contract support, scalability, and KYC/AML compliance integration.
